Consultations

Ayurveda is a personalized, broad spectrum approach to health. We start with a two hour initial consultation to look at one's health history and areas of concern. After the initial session a report of findings is presented to the client telling the Ayurvedic understanding of one's constitution and pathologies.

Consideration is then given as to what approaches would be the healthiest and easiest to implement. The healing modalities Ayurveda works with range from lifestyle, to herbs, to foods (What and how you eat), to yoga, and much more. After the initial session shorter (1 hour) consults, or phone check-ins (20 minutes) are recommended for continued health maintenance.

• 1.5 to 2 hour Introductory Session with a "Your Constitution" Conclusion (may be given in two parts; best in person) $100
• 1 Hour Follow Up Sessions (In person or on the phone) $40
• 20 minute Phone Check - in $15
