Practitioner Options

 We welcome Practitioner inquiries and special requests. 

If you are a certified Ayurvedic Practitioner you may place special orders for client herbal formulas, both for internal and external use.  Your clients name can be printed on the product label along with any specific name you would like to give or instructions for use.  *Qualifications   **Pricing

If you are a Certified Massage Therapist you may order such products as bulk massage oils, specialty oil blends for patients with unique conditions, or spritzers.  Any products taken internally (like teas or capsules) must come from our existing product line (see online product list).  *Qualifications  **Pricing

*Qualifications:
You must show valid graduation or certificate of completion from an accredited college.
To qualify for tax exemptions (in the state of California) you must provide a copy of your resale license or tax ID number; you must also sign a tax exemption form (provided by Blue Oak Ayurveda).  Sales tax does not apply to orders from out-of-state.

**Pricing is contingent on content and size of orders placed.  Typically, prices are the same as our standard product line, but individual requests when taken into account, may cost more or less than those available online.
